ALEXANDER MURAVSKY | Assistant Vice President, Acquisitions

Alexander Muravsky joined The Hutensky Group in 2025 as Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions. He is responsible for analyzing and underwriting potential acquisitions, as well as supporting due diligence efforts.

Alexander brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining The Hutensky Group, he held roles at Urstadt Biddle Properties, where he focused on acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management.  He also built and led an underwriting team for IPA at Marcus & Millichap and served as Director of Acquisitions at Kimco Realty.  At Kimco, he was primarily responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisitions and managing the disposition process across the Northeast, Midwest, and other U.S. markets.

Alexander is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  He earned both his B.S. in Finance and his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
