JONATHAN DEANGELO | Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan DeAngelo joined the company in 2023 and serves as CFO. He oversees and leads the Company’s business, accounting and finance functions, including the management of its financial and capital sources and investor relations. He works closely with the CEO on all acquisitions and dispositions, as well as overall strategy of the Company and its retail portfolio.
Prior to joining The Hutensky Group, Jon spent seven years as Vice President and Controller for William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage and Insurance (nationally recognized as the 12th largest brokerage in the US in 2022) where he built out and managed a team of 25 professionals including FP&A, leasing, acquisition/integrations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and escrow. Jon started his career at a regional CPA firm Blum Shapiro, P.C. (later acquired by Clifton Larson Allen), where he progressed to Manager over his eight-year tenure with the firm.
Jon received his undergraduate and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Connecticut, and holds a CPA Certification in the State of Connecticut. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
